At GLAMRDiP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your salon-quality manicure at home. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible products and starter kits.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
